Fruits

Scenic View started to grow their first fruits in 1981 with the planting of our first peach trees. Since then we have expanded to nectarines, white peaches and nectarines, apricots, plums, cherries, pears, apples, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries. We also have processed items such as apple and pear cider, dried apple slices, apple butter and sauce, and honey.

Vegetables

To compliment our wide selection of fruits, we have an even greater selection of vegetables. Starting in April with asparagus, we also have spinach, kale, collard greens, lettuce, spring mix, kalettes, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, summer squash, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, sweet corn, melons, peas, green beans, peppers, potatoes, onions, red beets, fall squash, pumpkins, and others.

Field Crops

Crop rotation is an important piece of the sustainable farming puzzle. To give our fields a break from growing vegetables, we rotate in wheat, soybeans, hay, field corn, and flowers.
