The end of March is fast approaching and the Spring season is about to start. So what is happening on the farm? We have been working on our equipment, changing oil, filters, tires, broken pieces, getting the fields ready for first planting, and preparing the greenhouse for tomato plants. While we do slow down in the winter, we are always working. With Spring fast approaching, we are extending our work hours to make sure we are ahead of schedule with plantings. So far, we have two new baby cows to join our heard, with around eight more expected soon. There will also bee some new apple trees planted this year along with some new veggies. Make sure to come see us at our early markets and get our first crop of the season, asparagus!
